If you respond well to hypnosis and are motivated to quit, a single 2-hour session will be enough to help you become smoke-free.

The session usually lasts two hours, although some preparation of the materials and script to be used will be necessary after I have initially spoken to you on the phone, and you will need to complete and return a questionnaire about your smoking, history and habit.
